Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Each of our products undergoes multiple stages of thorough quality checks before dispatch. We encourage you to carefully review the “Handmade Irregularities and Variations” section on each product page, which outlines natural characteristics that should be celebrated as part of the artisanal charm — not considered defects.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is physically damaged
  • There are missing parts or accessories
  • The item is defective or does not match its description on the product page

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@tatvikahomes.com with clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests without photographic evidence may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

We require an unboxing video as part of the return/exchange process. This helps us assess any damage that may have occurred during transit or packaging. In the event of a visibly damaged shipment, we recommend refusing delivery and informing us immediately with photographs.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated and approved within 24 hours of delivery

Once your return request is approved, our team will share the return address. You will be responsible for ensuring the item is shipped back safely. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality verification process. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original mode of payment.

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
